Pricing v2 ship. The new usage-based tier landed in March and immediately drove $620K in expansion.
Customer onboarding rebuild. Time-to-first-value down from 31 → 18 days. NPS at week 4 jumped 11 points.
Senior hires. Closed the VP Engineering search after 24 months of looking. Started Apr 7.
